Welcome to BeePay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our payment management platform. By accessing or using BeePay, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Service

BeePay provides a digital interface for merchants to manage payment requests, create product links, and track transaction statuses. We partner with licensed payment entities (PaynoPain) to process financial transactions securely.

3. Payments and Commissions

The use of BeePay is subject to transaction fees. Our standard commission is **1.5% + 0.20€** per successful transaction. These fees may be deducted from the payout or added to the final customer price, depending on your account configuration.

4. Shipping and Delivery Policy

No Shipping Required: BeePay is a digital payment management platform. We do not provide physical shipping or logistics services for the products sold through our links. The merchant is solely responsible for any physical delivery if applicable to their specific business.

5. Refund and Return Policy

As a technology provider, BeePay facilitates the transaction but does not hold responsibility for the quality of the merchant's goods or services. Refund requests must be handled directly between the customer and the merchant. If a refund is authorized, BeePay will facilitate the reversal of funds through our payment partner. Note that original transaction fees may be non-refundable.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate financial and identity information for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your credentials.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and technology on the BeePay platform are the exclusive property of BeePay. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

BeePay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or for any transaction disputes between merchants and their customers.
